TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to G C Boume, Glenholm, Upper Richmond Road, Putney, S.W.
Date19 March 1888
DescriptionBoume's map is with the engravers who have been working hard to let the Royal Society have a number of proofs in time for Thursday's meeting. Rix asks if the diagram on the wall will be necessary as every person will have a proof of the map, but Boume is to let him know if he would prefer the diagram to having the proofs ready. He emphasises that it will not be possible to have both for the meeting.

A postscript gives the time of the meeting as 4.30pm, as Boume's notice went to Oxford.
