TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor William Kitchen Parker, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date23 March 1888
DescriptionNotes that the 'slip' did not arrive in time to be included in the proof of Professor Thomas Jeffery Parker's proof, and to save expense they will not add it until they are ready to make it up into pages, but have pinned it to the press proof for safekeeping in the meantime. Rix states that if the corrected proofs are sent in soon there will be time for revisions.

Also records the enclosure of the manuscipt abstract [not included], which Parker can keep following the meeting. It will not be published in 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' as it is to appear in full.
