TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Victor Horsley, 80 Park Street, W
Date7 May 1888
DescriptionRix is frustrated that he cannot convey to the Meisenbach Company that he wants to know which figures are going in the text and which are to be plates. The printing of the text has not progressed due to the absence of blocks and proofs of blocks. If Horsley can get Meisenbach to send the blocks or proofs, with their numbers marked on, they can move forward. As their quarto proofs are set up straight into pages, they need the blocks to avoid having to produce them twice.
