TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Arthur James Richens Trendell, Department of Science and Art, South Kensington, S.W.
Date28 July 1888
DescriptionIn response to Trendell's letter of yesterday, Rix notes that Mr Fowkes letter of 1 March did not receive an answer due to an oversight. The Royal Society Council have granted leave to use the Ely Sim pictures from the beginning of 1874 as requested, and they will be delivered to Trendell's messenger when he calls. Rix highlights that as there are very few pictures of that date, they will fit in a small packet which can be easily carried.
