DescriptionLists the enclosure of cheques [not included] to be signed, including from Fee Reduction and the Scientific Relief Fund.

Rix notes that he is unable to draw the Croonian cheque as the rent from the College of Physicians has not yet come in. Also encloses for signature a cheque for 63 pounds and ten shillings, explaining that the Krakatoa account of plates and advertising amount to 106 pounds and nine shillings, towards which Mr Seymour has contributed 42 pounds and 19 shillings, with the cheque to cover the remainder.
