TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to John Evans, Treasurer, Royal Society
Date7 November 1888
DescriptionRix reports that soon after Evans left that day, he heard from their engravers regarding the cost of Joseph Norman Lockyer's paper, which currently amounts to around 25 pounds, but some more more copy is expected.

A postscript notes that it is difficult to make an estimate for Lockyer's work as he sends figures as ones or twos, with the secretaries appearing to allow him to do this, but Rix felt he should report the figure of 25 pounds.
