TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Dulau & Company
Date8 November 1888
DescriptionWith reference to their previous request of 19 October, Rix asks that they cancel the order for the 'Annales du Jardin botanique de Buitenzorg' as they have arranged an exchange of periodicals. They may still get the quotation for back issues, but are not to order them until they have heard from the Royal Society.

They appear to have misunderstood Mr White's enquiry about the Paris 'Memoires', and clarifies that they want to know whether a written warrent requesting the volumes is needed each time, or whether they can appoint Dulau & Company to apply on their behalf whenever a new volume appears.
