TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Adam Sedgwick, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date22 March 1900
DescriptionHas now received Professor [Edwin Ray] Lankester's report on Dr Forsyth Major's paper and encloses it with the reports of the two first referees [not enclosed]. The formal recommendation to the Council will probably be made by the Sectional Committee, if Sedgwick decides to have a meeting, as recently proposed. In the meantime, Sir M Foster thinks that as the two reports are in favour of publication, Sedgwick can exercise the powers to Standing Order 43, so that they might proceed at once with publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'.
