TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to William Bateson, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date26 April 1900
DescriptionBefore receiving Bateson's telegram of the previous day Harrison had issued the summons for the Evolution Committee. Explains why he did so with some hesitation.

Regarding Bateson's enquiry about printing, it is desirable Bateson's Committee should ask for a special grant for expenses of that kind. Asks if Bateson could send in an application on behalf of the Committee for a definite sum so that it could go before Council on 10 [May].
