Description | With reference to Pilditch's letter of the 9 June, the Society does not have any catalogue of papers read before the Society, but publish every two or three weeks a number of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' usually priced about one shilling and six pence, while the titles of papers to be read are published in 'The Times' of Tuesday during the session of the Society.
Messrs Dulau & Company, the Society's publishers, issue a list of papers published by the Society for many years. Copies of separate papers published in extenso in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' can always be obtained, the average price being two shillings or two shillings and six pence. |
