DescriptionLists new papers received with suggestions by Professor [Arthur William] Rucker as to referees in the case of three of them. Authors listed comprise: Dr F D Adams and Dr J T Nicolson, Professor Hele-Shaw and Alfred Hay, J H Jeans, Professor E Rutherford and R K McClung, and Dr H J Barnes. Asks if Foster agrees with the suggestions as to referees and to whom Foster thinks the other papers should be submitted.

Encloses both reports on Dr Rambaut's paper [not enclosed] and in view of the differing opinions, queries if the paper should go to a third referee.

The last Council meeting of the session is 6 July. Queries if Foster thinks it desirable the Physics and Chemistry Committee should be held on 3 July in order to get the business cleared up so far as possible in time for Council.
