TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr J S Bolton, Claybury Hall, Woodford Bridge, Essex
Date20 June 1900
DescriptionWith reference to Bolton's paper on 'The Exact Localisation of the Visual Area of the Human Cerebral Cortex'. Harrison is directed by the Sectional Committee dealing with it to suggest, before recommending it for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' that various listed illustrations should be omitted, and a large number be reduced in size to about one-forth. The Committee also suggest Bolton reduce the number of photomicrographs to two.

On hearing that Bolton will carry out these recommendation, Harrison will at once send the paper for alteration.
