DescriptionWith reference to the Editor's letter of the 12 October, the Editor may anticipate permission of Council to reproduce the figure illustrating Mr Gardiner's paper on 'The Histology of the Cell Wall' from volume 62 of the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society', provided the author's sanction has been obtained. Shall be obliged if the Editor will see that this condition is met in all cases where permission is desired to reproduce matter from the Society's publications.
