DescriptionWith reference to Harrison's letter of 19 June informing the Under Secretary of the appointment of Professor [George Francis] Fitzgerald and Professor [Joseph John] Thomson as delegates from the Royal Society to the International Physical Congress which is to be held in Paris shortly, Harrison finds these gentlemen are unable to attend and the President and Council have therefore nominates Dr R T Glazebrook and Dr J H Gladstone instead.
