TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to James G Wood, New Square
Date25 October 1900
DescriptionIn reply to Wood's enquiry concerning the Arundel manuscripts at one time in the Society's possession, the statement in the preface to the College of Arms catalogue is correct. In 1829 the manuscripts were still with the Society, but in 1831 were transferred to the British Museum, and Wood should find all he wants in their catalogues. The Society has copies of the 1689 catalogue if Wood would like to see them.
