DescriptionIn reply to Sorby's note of the 27 October, Sir William Abney has read no paper at the Royal Society recently on 'Colour Sensation Curves'. Sorby's paper 'On the Estimation of the Luminosity of Coloured Surfaces used for Colour Discs' appeared in the last 'Proceedings of the Royal Society', number 436, which can be obtained from Messrs Harrison & Sons at two shillings and six pence. 'The Colour Sensations in Terms of Luminosity' was published as separate paper number 246 in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' and can be purchased from Messrs Dulau & Company at one shilling and five pence.
