DescriptionEncloses a letter from Sir Michael Foster [not enclosed] which does not quite fully explain the situation regarding the accompanying paper by Dr Edgridge-Green.

The paper has not yet been received as it is not yet communicated by a Fellow. Professor [Arthur William] Rucker wishes to know if he should comply with Edridge-Green's request to him to communicate the paper. That settled there then arises the question of acceptance for reading and publication.
