DescriptionWith reference to the President's letter of 27 November Foster and Rucker are directed by the President and Council to say that they are willing to agree to the proposal that the Royal Geographical Society shall be registered as the owners of the 'Discovery' on three listed conditions.

The Council agree the vessel shall be insured from the funds of the expedition.
