TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Andrew Russell Forsyth, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date11 January 1901
DescriptionSent on Forsyth's proof yesterday to the printers for revise and requested them to provide more legible pulls. It appears to be the practice with printers to take very little care when taking pulls of matter already in proof, but he admits this may often become misleading, especially when proofs are as bad as the one in question.

Hopes to be able to post the revise to Forsyth tomorrow. Drew the printer's attention to Forsyth's directions on the mathematical printing. Is very sorry Forsyth should have had so much trouble over this obituary [for Sophus Lie].
