TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Arthur Hill, King's College, Cambridge
Date13 March 1901
DescriptionApologizes for not writing sooner on his paper 'the Connecting Threads of Pinus Silvestris'. Regrets that it was not possible to accept his proposed re-arrangement of the title as it was already settled by the Council. Responds to his complaint about having his directions disregarded to inform him that the publication of the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' is conducted upon uniform lines regarding form, and cannot be altered once the Council has approved it. His paper will shortly be put out.
