TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [William Henry] Power, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date29 March 1901
DescriptionIs engaged in enquiries at the printers as to why his notice of the late Sir Richard Thorpe was omitted from the Year Book. It has been decided to publish a separate volume containing the obituary notices from the last publication in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' up until 1900. Therefore assures him that his obituary of Thorpe will appear in more permanent form than the Year Book. Hopes this will be sufficient reparation for the regrettable omission.
