Sir Michael Foster wishes to have a copy of the book by Dr Monre [sic] on the Locust plague. The African Trade Section of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce have requested 100 copies of the Malaria Reports at a reduced price. Seeing as costs of publishing the reports and receipts of sales comes under his remit, he would like his instruction on the matter.
