TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor [William] Ramsay, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date23 April 1901
DescriptionEnclosing a letter from Wilhelm Engelmann. Harrison is unable to send two copies of the coloured plate as they have not arrived, even as proofs, and when obtained he will send them on immediately if Ramsay approves. Asks for instruction on whether to send over proofs or press copies, noting there is often difficulty obtaining copies of proofs of coloured plates. The reproduction of the paper in a German translation might be brought up before the Council on Thursday. Presumes the German version of the paper will not appear before the original.
