TitleCopy letter from Arthur [William] Rucker, to [Robert Bellamy] Clifton, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
Date[April 1901]
Description[William de Wiveleslie] Abney has sent in a paper by Mr Clay on 'Colour Vision' with special reference to inks. Shaw has accepted it. Rucker does not know if it is for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' or 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. It is already too long, and needs to come before the Committee and be given one or two referees. Rayleigh doesn't want much work. Asks if Burch is too junior, or of they should ask Foster, Carey or Callender. Rucker has ordered a paper by [Horace] Darwin for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'.
