TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Messrs Harrison & Sons
Date4 May 1901
DescriptionAdmonishes them for their most recent and severe delay, involving the list of candidates. Although they promised to deliver by noon, they still had not delivered by 3 o'clock, when the Council had been sitting for half an hour. He dismays to infom them that it was then delivered at five past three by their messenger, Goodfellow, who strolled along leisurely and admitted to leaving the office at the latest possible time.

Asks if they will undertake to give greater attention to orders from the Royal Society, and if not, then work will be placed in another firm's hands.
