DescriptionThe Secretaries have desired Harrison to acquaint Dines that the appointment to the Directorship on the Meteorological Council was intended to be personal to himself, so that he would remain a Director of the Meteorological Council for the full term mentioned in the letter the Secretaries sent on 29 April, if he ever was to resign the Presidency before the term expired.
