DescriptionInstructs them to claim the dividends due on the £2022 - 14 -1 Local Loans 3% Stock standing at the Bank of England in the name of the Treasurer [Arthur Bray] Kempe, and credit the amounts to the Hughes Trust Fund of the Royal Society. There has been some delay in the matter of this stock and the 3% Bath Corporation - £2099 - 13 - 8 (Messrs Prescott & Company), as the Treasurer wants these held in the name of the President and Council, not his own.

Desires this transference to be put in effect, and asks if it can be done without the formality of sealing in the Council.
