TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir John Murray, Fellow of the Royal Society, Challenger Lodge, Wardle, Edinburgh
Date24 May 1901
DescriptionThe Royal Society is about to draw up a letter to the Treasury proposing the presentation of sets of the 'Challenger' report, on Murray's recommendation, among which will be included that to Drygalski. Harrison will look up his question about the Russian Naturalists Society.

The Secretaries would be very glad to see him on the subject of the 'Bathymetrical Survey of the Lochs of Scotland', and suggest he should make an appointment between 4 and 8 June to discuss it. If he would send a list of the Fellows he would like to meet with to discuss the subject, then Harrison will try and arrange a meeting with all concerned.
