TitleCopy letter from Arthur [William] Rucker, to C E S Phillips, Castle House, Shooter's Hill, Kent
Date25 June 1901
DescriptionRucker has received his paper with the amendments recommended by the Sectional Committee, but they still think that his note hardly gives Warburg the credit he deserves. It ought to state that Warburg's observations were made a considerable time before Phillips made them. As it stands it could appear that Warburg had merely confirmed the existence of an effect previously observed by Phillips.
