TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor William Augustus Tilden, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date19 July 1901
DescriptionTilden recommended the re-drawing of the curves in Messrs [Victor Herbert] Veley and Manley's paper on 'Nitric Acid Solutions' in order that they might take the place of the accompanying tables. Harrison asks him if he will now consider the re-drawing by a professional draughtsman, as Veley has said that he has no intention of re-drawing the curves, as they are already drawn finer than any English firm can reproduce them.

If they will suffice then there is no need to trouble Veley, as it would likely lead to a controversial correspondence.
