DescriptionSir Michael Foster directs Harrison to inform MacLeod that his statement with regard to his work is considered to satisfy the conditions under which the Mackinnon Studentship has been awarded to him, and the Council approves the Physiology Laboratory of the London Hospital as the place in which the research is carried out.

The Studentship will become payable from Midsummer Day last, and the intention is to make the payments half yearly. The Royal Society will consider more frequent payment if he has good enough reason.
