TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [William Napier] Shaw, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
Date27 July 1901
DescriptionHarrison feels in a difficulty about the Borchgrevink observations, because he knows so very little about them. The 'Meteorological and Magnetic Observations taken during the Borchgrevink Expedition' has been authorized for publication, but Harrison knows nothing about a paper by Bernacchi, nor any other additional material, or about any astronomical observations. The expedition sails on Wednesday, and he is being asked to provide advance proofs. Harrison thinks it would be best if he sees Shaw soon.
