DescriptionRegarding his question about the publication of a Table of Sun Spots, Harrison informs him he does not have the power to receive any paper intended to be laid before the Royal Society unless it is communicated by a Fellow or Foreign Member.

In case some of the points in his long letter may be of use, Harrison is returning it to him.
