TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Samuel Rickard Christophers, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
Date20 September 1901
DescriptionThe Society received Christophers letter on 16 September and the box of mosquitoes on 18 September. The box was promptly submitted to Mr Theobald as requested and he reported yesterday as per the enclosed letter [not enclosed]. Theobald does not confirm Christophers belief that the species were [Anopheles] funestus and costalis and this information was cabled to Christophers yesterday.

Regarding the copies of Christophers last report on Blackwater, the Society did not dispatch any copies to Christophers as they had no Indian address to which to send them. The 50 copies are now being sent, as requested, to King, Hamilton and Company.
