DescriptionEncloses the referee's report on Mr Porter's paper, 'Contributions to the Study of 'Flicker'. Part II' [not enclosed].

Professor [Walter Noel] Hartley's paper 'Note on Quantitative Spectra of Beryllium', would require about three pages of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Rucker suggests it should be referred to Sir W Crookes.

Mr C T R Wilson's paper 'On the Spontaneous Ionisation of Gases', is about six pages. Professor [Arthur William] Rucker accepted it and ordered the printing of it to be proceeded with.
