DescriptionThe Academie des Sciences of Paris has invited the Royal Society to send representatives to a presentation to Professor [Pierre Eugène Marcellin] Berthelot, which is to take place at Paris on 24 November in celebration of 50 years of Berthelot's scientific work. The President [William Huggins] will be glad to know if Harrison would be willing and able to go to Paris to represent the Society on that occasion.
