DescriptionIn answer to Milne's letter of 17 December, Professor Gray's certificate of candidature was first suspended in 1897 so that is has now been suspended for five years. Regarding the question of sending the circular letter to the supporters, it is only sent to one of the signatories, usually the one who has last asked for suspension.
