DescriptionMorley's letter of 2 December stating that Professor [Arthur William] Rucker has resigned his position as one of the four delegates of the Royal Society who are members of the Executive Committee of the International Catalogue of Scientific Literature, and that he has also resigned his seat on the International Council, was laid before the President and Council of the Royal Society at their last meeting. The President and Council have appointed Dr J Larmor, Secretary of the Royal Society, as their representative on the above bodies, in place of Professor Rucker.
