TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Hugh Ramage
Date23 December 1901
DescriptionDiscusses the Sectional Committee's opinion of Ramage's recent paper. The Committee suggest Ramage extend the abstract with a view to publication in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'.

Larmor makes recommendations regarding the manuscript and plates at the rest of the Committee.

If Ramage accepts these recommendations he can get the manuscript ready for press at once by making a substantial reduction in its size. Formal decision of the Committee of Papers in the Council cannot occur until 23 January 1901.
