DescriptionWith reference to Kenney's request of the 13 January, that he should append Kennedy's name to Professor L [Leveson Francis] Vernon Harcourt's certificate of candidature, it is beyond Harrison's power to do this. They must trouble Kennedy to sign the certificate himself when he has an opportunity of visiting the Society.
