DescriptionIn reply to Wynne's note, the Meeting proposed for the 16 January was postponed on account of their being no business ripe, but Harrison gave careful instructions that that members of the Committee should receive a notice of the postponement and is sorry that it should not have reached Wynne. The meeting has been adjourned until the 30 January.
