DescriptionMr Jean's revised paper 'Stability of a Spherical Nebula' was sent to Professor Lamb at Elliott's authority. Lamb reports that he is unable to report through the pressure of work. Larmor is inclined to think the paper should be treated as a new paper but desires Elliott's opinion. Larmor suggests Dr Hobson as a referee.
