TitleCopy letter from Alfred Bray Kempe, to Professor Andrew Russell Forsyth, Chairman of the Mathematic Committee and other Sectional Committee Chairmen
Date29 June 1901
DescriptionThe cost for publishing papers in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' should not exceed about £1100 per annum. From November 1899 to October 1900 the cost totalled 1044-4-0. From November 1900 to June 1901 the papers involved an expenditure of 1048-15-0. If the increase in the number of papers is not controlled, a serious burden will be imposed upon the Royal Society's resources.
