DescriptionFoster has the pleasure of informing Macleod that the Mackinnon Studentship has been awarded to him. The Council agrees to him retaining his Demonstratorship at the London Hospital, on the understanding that these duties do not exceed 12 hours a week, and that he does not undertake any further work.

Asks him the place where his research will be carried out, and explains that the Studentship will run from the beginning of October.
