Date12 May 1903
DescriptionThe clause in the scheme of organization of the National Physical Laboratory, under which no retiring member of the General Board or of the Executive Committee is eligible for reappointment until at least one year has elapsed, is found at times to be detrimental to the interests of the Laboratory by suitably depriving it of the services of members of those bodies who have taken active part in promoting pending developments.

Asks the consent of the Lords of the Treasury to alter the scheme of organization.
