TitleCopy letter from Sir Michael Foster, to Professor Jean Gaston Darboux, [Foreign Member, Royal Society]
Date4 March 1901
DescriptionSending 10 copies of Gill's report to each of the Academies, and 100 to Darboux as 'Vorort'. Morley's report shall be sent out in the same way when it is ready.

Foster asks what is being done about the proposal as to Committee of Washington, and if they are to circulate their proposal in the same way by sending 10 copies to each Academy. As their proposal is small it could be placed on the agenda.

The delegates of the Royal Society will come without encumbrances, and all propose to stay together in the same hotel.
