TitleCopy letter sent from Joseph Larmor, to The Honorable Secretaries, The Royal Geographical Society
Date16 November 1903
DescriptionThe decision was made last year to postpone the consideration and means to be taken for the reduction and publication of the Magnetic and Meteorological records as part of the arrangement by which the Natural History records of the National Antarctic Expedition were handed on for editing and publishing to the British Museum.

The subsidiary observations are now coming in large installments and the matter has become urgent. The Royal Society can take responsibility for the magnetic, but the meteorological is more difficult. Asks if the Royal Geographical Society will take responsibility for these, and provide direction on obtaining funds. The German Government is waiting for them to provide an exchange.
