DescriptionCouncil does not have the scheme of administration, but they have a letter from Professors Mark and Bristol to the President of the Bermuda Natural History Society, the report of the Committee appointed by the Governor to confer with these two gentlemen, and the message on the subject from the Governor.

Asks whether the Universities of Harvard and Columbia think some person acquainted with the management of biological station would be considered suitable for the superintending Committee of the Bermuda Biological Station.
