Title | Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to The Secretary, Foreign Office, S.W. |
Date | 7 July 1904 |
Description | Given that the International Geographic Congress is not to be constituted under the direct auspices of the Government of the United States, it does not seem necessary that the British Government should be officially represented. However meetings of the Congress have proved to be important, so British scientific societies which deal with geographical affairs should have an opportunity to take part. |
