DescriptionMr Fowke's letter has been laid before the President and Council, and Harrison has been instructed to inform him that they are willing the the photograph of sun spots taken at Ely between 1863 and 1874, and presented the Royal Society in 1876 by the widow of Canon Selwyn, should be deposited at South Kensington, under the charge of the Board of Education.
